The Taster Session is a great way for those interested in taking up the sport to have a personal 1:1 session with a qualified coach and allow new archers to consider if they wish to undertake a beginners course.

Please note completing a Taster Session does not provide a licence or permit to shoot at a club or confer any form of membership of a club.

Typically the session will include shooting at 6m, 10m, and depending on progress possibly 18m.

Supervised and conducted by Archery GB and World Archery Qualified Coach

•     5 min theoretical induction
•     10 min gearing up
•     5 min warming up
•     10 min learning the basics of technique
•     20 min shooting targets at 6m distance
•     20 min shooting targets at 10m distance
•     15 min shooting balloons at 18m distance (Coach approval required)
•     5 min warm down, tips and next steps

We shoot on the grounds of the campsite (Tamar Valley Camping) so why not consider visiting, staying here with your caravan, in a Pod, Holiday Cottage, or Apartment, exploring the area and giving archery a go.

Taster Sessions - Price: £30 for 90 minute session (including use of Barebow equipment)
